Sanding Belt

Description

The sanding process is one of the most important finishing stages in wood-based panel manufacturing. Before panels are laminated, coated, painted, or packaged, they must be calibrated and polished to achieve precise thickness and a smooth surface.

As the primary cutting element in a wide belt sanding machine, the Sanding Belt directly influences material removal, surface quality, production efficiency, and operating costs. Selecting the right abrasive belt is essential for maintaining stable production and producing high-quality MDF, HDF, Particle Board (PB), OSB, plywood, and decorative panels.
